BENUAR by The Toy Moscow – A Culinary Journey Unveiled in Russia

Nestled on Vladivostok’s Korabelnaya Embankment, Alexander Vorobyov’s latest venture, BENUAR, has recently opened its doors at the prestigious VLADIVOSTOK Grand Hotel & SPA. This fine dining establishment, conceived as an extension of Moscow-based The Toy project, promises a unique experience that seamlessly blends exquisite cuisine with captivating entertainment.

Day to Night Transformation

BENUAR distinguishes itself by seamlessly transitioning from a refined fine dining establishment during the day to a vibrant restaurant with an exciting show program by night. The inspiration behind this dual personality is the restaurant’s location in the bustling seaport, reflected in the bright and open space adorned with vast glass areas reminiscent of Mediterranean Cipriani restaurants.

Aesthetic Brilliance

The interiors of BENUAR are a testament to the meticulous attention to detail, with a harmonious balance of textures and materials creating an inviting atmosphere. The design aims to make guests feel at home or on a luxurious yacht, as two walls of the restaurant open onto a parapet overlooking the seashore. The lobby, akin to a rosewood box, leads patrons through a welcome passage into a bar with a facade finished in onyx and striking lighting.

Versatile Spaces

BENUAR offers a diverse range of spaces to cater to different moods and occasions. The lounge, featuring high ceilings and large windows, exudes brightness, while a glass outbuilding serves as a winter garden with additional seating. The restaurant’s atmosphere is both festive and elegant, complemented by art installations such as a two-meter blue Mickey Mouse in a designated selfie zone and intriguing “hands” in the lounge, which pull heavy velvet curtains.

Daytime Delicacies, Nighttime Extravagance

At its core, BENUAR is a place for both business meetings and casual gatherings. The restaurant excels in providing a comfortable environment for daytime lunches, showcasing an author’s cuisine that emphasizes seafood – a natural choice in the capital of Primorsky Krai. As the sun sets, the venue transforms into an exhilarating showground where guests can revel in captivating performances while enjoying delectable dishes.

Exclusive VIP Experience

For those seeking an elevated experience, BENUAR offers a separate benoir lodge for VIP guests. This exclusive space, after which the restaurant is named, features seven-meter ceilings and a mezzanine level with a table, sofas, chairs, and an excellent view of the stage and common lounge.

Seamless Integration of Entertainment and Dining

BENUAR’s architectural brilliance comes to the forefront during nighttime performances. The stage is strategically positioned to be visible from all tables, ensuring every guest can enjoy the show. To enhance the experience, the space features glazing for a light and airy ambiance during the day, with full soundproofing by night, courtesy of numerous curtains and draperies that also serve as stylish interior decor.

A Sight to Behold in Vladivostok

Vladivostok emerges as the city’s premier establishment, offering a soulful, delicious, and worthy escape for those who seek an extraordinary dining and entertainment experience. Whether indulging in a sumptuous lunch or relishing a night filled with artistic performances, BENUAR stands as a beacon of sophistication and culinary excellence in Vladivostok.
