The result is a structure that boasts modern aesthetics, is characterized by clean lines, and has a contemporary form.

Meanwhile, the upper floors provide the younger family members with the privacy they seek. The bedrooms are oriented to face serene garden views, enhancing the sense of tranquility.

A shaded inner courtyard acts as a cool retreat during the intense summer heat, demonstrating a thoughtful approach to the local climate.
