Spread across expansive layouts, both outlets showcase Gravity’s comprehensive product portfolio, including premium faucets, showers, sanitaryware, kitchen sinks, and accessories. The stores also feature innovative mock-up bathrooms tailored to various user needs—such as a Youth Bathroom, Kids Bathroom, Senior Bathroom, Hotel Bathroom, and Premium Home Bathroom—alongside a Live Shower Area for hands-on product interaction and water-flow demonstrations.

According to Mr. Anoop Garg, Founder and Director of Gravity Bath, the decision to launch company-owned stores was driven by key challenges in the bathware retail market. “We identified three major gaps—lack of pricing transparency in the premium segment, limited hygiene product options for different age groups, and low buyer awareness,” Garg said. “These stores are designed to address these challenges head-on by offering smart, stylish, and affordable solutions for all age groups, while also educating customers to make informed purchase decisions.”
Gravity Bath currently operates two manufacturing units in NCR and Gujarat, producing over 30 lakh faucets and 7 lakh sanitaryware pieces annually. The brand boasts a catalog of over 2,000 SKUs and a distribution network of more than 12,500 dealers and distributors across the country. It is also an approved vendor for Military Engineer Services (MES), underlining its commitment to quality and reliability.

The launch of company-owned stores forms a core part of Gravity Bath’s ambitious growth strategy, which aims to transform the brand into a ₹1000 crore business by 2028. These flagship retail spaces are envisioned as both customer experience hubs and training models for future franchisees. Gravity is now encouraging its dealer network to open similar experience-driven stores with full support in setup, branding, and marketing.
