Entry Guidelines

Eligibility:

  • Entries are open to all individuals and firms across India who have completed architectural/ interior design projects in Rajasthan.
  • Projects should have been completed within the last 3-years.
  • Project must be located in Rajasthan covering cities of Jaipur, Jodhpur, Kota, Bikaner, Ajmer, Udaipur, Bhilwara, Alwar, Bharatpur, Sikar, Pali, Ganganagar, Tonk, Kishangarh, Hanumangarh, Beawar, Dhaulpur, Sawai Madhopur, Churu, Gangapur, Jhunjhunun, Baran, Chittaurgarh, Hindaun, Bhiwadi, Bundi, Nagaur, Sujangarh, Banswara.

Submission Requirement

For Individuals and Firms:

  1. A comprehensive portfolio showcasing recent work.
  2. A detailed statement or narrative about the achievements, design philosophy, and impact of the work.
  3. High-resolution images of projects. (One Project)
  4. High-resolution images of Individual & in case of firm, partners image.
  5. Client testimonials or endorsements (if any).
  6. CV or resume for individuals; firm profile for firms, including key team members and their roles.
  7. Passing Certificate of Individual & in case of firm then passing certificate of promoters of Firm.

 

For Projects:

  1. Detailed project description, including design concept, execution, and impact.
  2. High-resolution images of the project.
  3. Floor plans and elevations.
  4. Client testimonial or project feedback (if any).
  5. Passing Certificate of Individual & in case of firm then passing certificate of promoters of Firm.
  6. High-resolution images of Individual & in case of firm, partners image

Format and Submission:

  1. Entries should be submitted in digital format (PDF).
  2. Ensure all images and documents are clear and high-resolution.
  3. All data should be submitted in the form at Designspark official website.

Who should participate?

Entries are open to all individuals and firms across India who have completed architectural/ interior design projects in Rajasthan.

The fee is Rs 2999/- + GST per entry. Each submission is considered one entry. If you’re submitting multiple entries, the fee applies per entry.

This is a great opportunity to have your work evaluated by leading Architects and Interior Designers. Projects will be judged on aesthetics, design, creativity, function, and how well the design addresses the project challenge. Winners will be honored at the event & the project shall be featured at www.thedecorjournalindia.com.

Yes, you can submit projects in multiple categories. A separate form must be completed for each category.

Yes, each project will be evaluated and awarded separately based on its category. There will be no combined awards. You have to apply separately in architectural and interior designing category.
