Nestled on the ground floor of a residential building, the clinic features a striking narrow glass façade that allows natural light to flood the interior while maintaining a modern and inviting appearance. The façade’s organic shapes and dry pink color are not merely aesthetic choices; they embody a design philosophy inspired by the human body, creating an inviting and warm environment. This thoughtful approach ensures that visitors feel relaxed and welcomed from the moment they arrive.
Upon entering the clinic, visitors are greeted by a centrally located access door that defines the symmetrical organization of the entrance floor. This layout not only enhances the aesthetic appeal but also optimizes patient flow, creating a seamless experience from entry to treatment.
To ensure that all medical offices benefit from natural light, Paulo Merlini strategically placed them on the sides of the façade. This design choice not only promotes a calming atmosphere but also enhances the overall patient experience by reducing reliance on artificial lighting. At the heart of the clinic lies a central circular hall that serves as the reception area.
