The Jinghe New City Culture & Art Center is being designed by Zaha Hadid Architects as the winner of the project design competition. The city is focusing on new materials, aerospace, and artificial intelligence and becoming a hub for industries. The center will bring together the commercial and residential districts and uses locally-produced materials with high recycled content.
